This is our 5th International Photography Exhibition, named VISTACIO 5.0, consisting of participants from various parts of the country and the globe.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

• Submit your photographs with your Full Name, Contact Details, and Category of Images at lightnlenskolkata@gmail.com

• Email Subject: Your Name, VISTACIO 5.0

• Send up to 5 images; a maximum of 3 images will be selected (exceptions for extraordinary images) by our mentors. Submissions containing more than 5 images will be rejected without prior notice.

• It is recommended to submit images for the initial selection round in .jpg format.

• After selection, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Google Form and selected images.

• Please upload your selected images for the exhibition in the highest possible resolution, ensuring they meet the required dimensions of 12 × 18 inches at 300 DPI. (Failure to adhere to these specific dimensions may result in unintended cropping or resizing during the final framing process.)

• Make the payment and share the payment screenshot in the payment section of the Google form.

SUBMISSION GUIDLINES

• Images submitted for the initial round must be 12 × 18 inches at 300 DPI for optimal viewing quality. Non compliant submissions will be rejected.

• Photographs from digital, film, and mobile cameras are allowed.

• All photos must be original creations by the photographer.

• Images must not contain any external borders.

• Partial coloring techniques are not allowed.

• Categories include Wildlife, Astro, Landscape, Street, Portrait, Miscellaneous and more.

• Prominent watermarks are not permitted, strictly. Small, subtle watermarks may be acceptable but are discouraged.

• Images generated entirely using artificial intelligence or neural networks are strictly prohibited.

• Photo manipulation that distorts reality is not allowed. However, enhancement methods like focus stacking, stacking for noise removal, exposure bracketing etc. are permitted.

• Participants may be asked to submit the RAW/TIFF or reference image by the admin panel.

PARTCIPATION FEES

*The payment should be completed only after being selected.

DELIVERABLES

• Every participant will receive a Personalized Trophies and Certificates.

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd Position Holder in our competetion from each category will receive Medals and Special Certificates.

• Photos of the winners from each category will be showcased permanently in the Hall of Fame section on our website.

• Participants will receive the frames on the last day of the exhibition. If unable to collect the frames, they must be picked up from Agarpara Railway Station within one month of the exhibition. After this period, we will not be responsible for the frames.

• For participants outside the state who are unable to collect the frames, we will courier them with applicable shipping charges. However, the charges must be paid within one month.
